Congratulations on your first 5K! They're so addictive :) My first official time was 27:57 and I was SO proud because on the treadmill I had been hitting about 31-32 minutes. Having other people motivated me a LOT! haha. My record now is 24:33! It's so fun watching yourself get faster and stronger!

A faint line is a line! :) I would say congratulations are most likely in order. :)

I've always wanted to be the 'trophy wife' and now seemed like a good time to get even more fit because hubby (who is 28) is in college and around lots of cute perky 20 year-olds who haven't put their bodies through three pregnancies! haha. :) He thinks I'm hot, but maybe I want those perky 20 year-olds to think I'm hot,…

As far as safety reasons go, I do run with only one ear covered while running. I don't run on roads much so the car thing isn't really an issue, but I prefer to know if others are around.

I surprised myself because at the gym I NEEDED the iPod, but when I had to run outside once without it (battery was dead), I found I actually enjoy running more without it :) That being said, I also love listening to podcasts. I think that because they're more involved and I actually think about them, I don't think about…

Not a huge fan of the color, but the style looks good on you. And you look smokin' hot, just for the record!

This girl is getting a boob job when the husband gets back in the Army as an officer. If I feel great about the rest of myself, why not change the one thing I can't with diet and exercise to complete the package? Makes sense to me... and him :) He likes them how they are, but how much I hate them impacts our intimate…

Agreed, tape measures are more accurate. My scale and the one at my parents' house used to always say the same thing. Now for some reason, mine says 127 and my parents says 124. I know it's not much, but when you're close to goal it can be frustrating!

Two bad eating days for me (i need to start bringing my own food to my parent's house!) and two extra rest days because of my hurt foot have me with no measurement changes. I do, however, already notice my butt looking a bit perkier :) That's encouragement enough for me!

Close, 27 :)

@healthybodyhe I would say 22 :)

Ahh I love running in the rain :) My fave! I can't run again 'til August 30th and I'm counting down the days!

I got mine through beachbody, but a friend got hers for much cheaper on eBay :)

I have never gained more than 25 pounds while pregnant ( I gained ZERO during my last pregnancy because I started out overweight and decided to eat healthier for my baby. Then I ended up with gestational diabetes and had to eat even MORE healthily.) On TOP of that, I am on pelvic rest AND am required to take it easy due to…

I'm about to 'press play' myself! I remember the recovery still feeling like quite a workout for the legs for me and I just ate a bunch of potato chips. Today wasn't the best day. Not the worst, either, but tomorrow I'm going to do better :)

Oh, I have started Insanity before and made it through month one with great results - and that was without tracking my eating. I stopped when I ended up with strep throat which set me back a few weeks, then my running season started. I've struggled with running injuries this year so I've been backsliding. Hoping this gets…

Hi! My name is Shannon. I live in Maine, I'm 27 and I have three children ages 9, 6, and 2 1/2 :) Trying to lose a few inches while my husband is away this month. I'm 5'2" and 124 currently. Hoping to get under 120 before he returns August 30. I do the routines around 22:00 after the kids are in bed and I've had time to…

I chose mine because I like it. And the shirt. And the song that the shirt's quote is from motivates me :)

1200 just isn't doable long-term for me. I end up with headaches and too tired to do a workout. I find 1500-1600 to be my sweet spot :) Sometimes I do 1200-1300 for a few days after a few 'off' days, but otherwise... not for me!

Whistles = flattering :) Yelling obscenities = obnoxious as heck. I ignore both, but of course it feels good to know people find you attractive.

Definitely see a difference :) You look great. Can I also say that I LOVE that your child is in the same spot in the same pose in your profile view for before and after? So adorable :) Haha
-
Awesome! :) You look great, keep up the good work!
-
That's great! :) Don't call it "JUST 25", though! Off to an awesome start! :)
-
You look amazing! And I LOVE that you took the time to get some nice pictures done :) So important! (P.s. I'm a photographer... haha!)

I weigh everyday. It keeps me accountable :) It's easy to slack if you know you 'have five days until weigh-in day'. That being said, I normally only LOG my weight once a week in a fitness group I'm a part of.
-
Inspirational! You look amazing! :) Good work!

I can't do 1200 a day, which is what was recommended for me. I allow myself 1600, although most days I end at 1500. I've lost plenty of weight doing it my way. ;) You need to find what YOU can maintain, because if you're starving and thinking of food all the time, you'll never be able to keep it up! Also, the closer you…
