Thank you all so much! I have been able to talk to a few friends who have been through it and they said they were up and back to normal activities about two weeks (though their normal activities didn't include running ;)) My doctor told me to expect to take it easy for 6 weeks although she said a lot of people felt fine…

Thank you! I heard back from my doctor and the plan is to go in, be put under, have a final cone biopsy done and do a frozen section to do a final test for cancer. So long as that looks okay, they'll be doing the hysterectomy then. I should have a date by the end of the week. I suspect you're right about not wanting to do…

Hi ladies! I am very likely going to be having a hysterectomy soon. I'm 29, have adenomyosis PLUS CIN II and III on my cervix back in May and again now. Just waiting on one more test result to make sure there is no actual cancer and then saying goodbye to my uterus& cervix. I would LOVE to have some friends on here that…

Pizza with bacon. Bacon by itself. Apple strudel bites. Potato chips. Fries with cheese and bacon. Yum. ETA: Somehow forgot to mention anything with peanut butter and chocolate combined.

Maxton! Love it and never got to use it.

That happens to me at times, too. Once I get into the run, the feeling goes away. I'm not sure how far you're running, but it usually disappears for me after mile one.

Awesome transformation! You are beautiful :)

My husband went into the Army directly after high school and he had to lose a bunch of weight senior year. It can be done, and you'll do great! You'll also have a great start if you've been working hard to get that weight off because you'll be used to pushing yourself :) Good luck!

50 First Dates My husband was in the Army for 8 years, so we got to keep things fresh and new :) He's in ROTC and Reserves now, so he is still gone more than the average husband.

I feel tighter and stronger, but I've taken more days off than I'd like to admit. SO I'm redoing this week next week and I'll be a week behind. :)

You look amazing! Great job! :)

Wow ladies! You all look amazing! :) I really need to start 'lifting heavy things and putting them down' =) I have little bitty baby guns from pushups, but no pics.

Wow, you do! She's very pretty :)

Alanis Morissette & Lana Parilla. They're both like ten years older than me and definitely not in the top hottest lists, but hey. Not TOO bad :)

In my experience (8 years as an Army wife ... Two15-month separations... one of which included an entire pregnancy, labor&delivery, and first 5 months of our youngest daughter's life.) the days leading UP to the separation are almost worse than the separation itself. You'll have days where it's cake (generally, these are…

The one I get most commonly is how great I look "for a mother of three". Can't I just look great period? haha.

Thank you all for your service! My husband was AD Army from 2002-2010 and has been doing ROTC since then... going back as an officer upon graduation in '14 if all continues to go as planned! :)

Thank you for the tips guys! I couldn't afford to buy anything new, but I had a DUH moment when I realized I should try it with my vibram fivefingers. They are PERFECT for it!

Nice improvements :D I am anxious to see what my numbers are like tonight. I have missed a couple days since starting.

These measurements are making me feel good. I thought my thighs were much larger than the average woman. They're 20.5" and my calves are 14". Sweet! I'm normal(ish)! lol Anyway... your legs sound thin but not ridiculously thin :)
-
Looking good! :)

I would measure your distance and go from there :) But 5K is probably a great place to start off. After that, they say to add 10% of your distance per week if you're looking to build up to longer distances. And no matter how much you run, intervals are always a good idea. They build up speed and endurance!

I prefer longer, but unfortunately mine is taking forever to grow :( I decided I needed a change last year on my birthday and got a haircut. I hated it SO much I've decided to never go 'short' again. I'd had bobs in the past that I loved, but this one just ruined shorter hair for me. Almost a year later and it hasn't grown…

I haven't been strictly following the schedule so I'm behind a few days. I've been smart enough to listen to my body this time! Slow and steady is better than injured and out of the race. I am happy to be getting stronger and able to do more during the level I and level II drills, though!! :) I'm still going to do the week…

My waist is down about 1/2 an inch :)
