  • Yes you can go up and down all week and all day long so dont get down. Also exercise means you maybe gaining more muscle so check your inches lost. If you want to you can add me. I always need all the support i can get.
  • Ijoined a gym and hooked up with some buddys to get up and go with. You have so much more energy in the morning after you work out. Dont over do it in the beginning. Good luck. Feel free to add me if you need motivation.

  • I am 5"3 and i weight now 173. I am a size 9/10. I think if you have alot of muscle you cannot get to your goal. Just be comfortable. I want to be 2 sizes smaller so my goal is 20 lbs. I just lost 5 lbs. this past week. I just started last Monday. So far so good. If you want to add me feel free.

  • McCormicks has a salt free garlic and herb seasoning. Its very yummy and you can grill it bake it or pan fry with pam spray or a little extra virgin olive oil.   • Good luck Nik. I just started MFP this past Monday and i have lost 5 lbs. I hope to loose 1/2 to 1 lb. a week. So far so good. I really like this plan and everyone i have talked to is so nice and helpfull. I have 'nt been able to eat all the calories im supposed to if i exercise alot. I to do not agree with the calculation.
