I hear ya!! Love knee high boots and I always had the hardest time finding a pair that would fit! And the sales clerks were always trying to get rid of me when I begged them to help me find some! LOL Got more than once the get-of-here-you-fat-chick look. But NO MORE! Enjoy it!!!! :-))

Just continue to exercise and drink a lot of water. Oh... and avoid the scale if you can! ;-) I don't think there is any true way around it. Bite down on a stick and wait for it to pass. lol

I took a look at your diary, and I think you might need to lower your sugar intake. I'm no expert, but I AM a sweet tooth, and that's what I had to watch more closely to lose some weight...

I agree. Couch to 5K program is the best... I never thought I could ever be a runner (not because of physical limitations, but because I just didn't think I was capable of doing it), but it amazes me every day of the program that I can actually keep up! Very gradual, so totally doable! Go girl!

I do have those... no fun at all! In fact, I kinda got scared once because I went litterally blind for a few minutes. I noticed that I tend to get migraines if I don't drink enough water during my workouts. I also push myself too hard sometimes...
