I recently had an injury and got through most of the time doing chair (or wheelchair) aerobics. You can buy dvds for them, but I just used the ones on youtube, not much there but I would line several of them up on different tabs and do one right after another until I got a good workout. I think it depends on your definition. I think any extreme is not considered sexy by most people, for example extremely fat, extremely skinny, extremely muscly, extremely flabby. Anything in between your going to find plenty of attention :)

I say go prepared with an idea of what you want to eat and look up all the information and eat slim the rest of the day, workout to be able to account for extra calories if you need them and plan plan plan to keep it within your calorie goal. dnunny I pulled something in my leg toward the end of May, still working on healing, but at least I can walk unaided now :) uh oh klondike bars, did you fit them in your calorie goal or go over? I don't deprive myself of foods I like as long as I fit them in my goal. It works for me, then I never feel deprived of anything…
