  • I just started this journey a week ago, but my massage therapist asked me today if I was losing weight. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I'm hoping she's right! It's a small compliment, but it gives me encouragement to keep going. :wink:
  • 1. Great walk in the woods with the dogs. 43 degrees in Michigan in February--can't beat that! 2. Burned nearly 1,000 calories at roller derby practice tonight! 3. Feeling good about getting back on track with healthy and clean eating, a regular workout routine, and losing the weight I've gained over the last year.
