Can I still join? My weight yesterday was 260.4, if so.

I am hoping to try this. The last time I tried the 30 day shred I injured my knee cause I was doing something wrong but I am about 70 lbs lighter than when I last tried so hopefully that helps so we just put starting measurments and then what we are when done? Does anyone do it everyday or every other day?

Weight 254. Really really want to be 249. Then that will be a total of 90 lbs lost! and closer to 200 than 300 :) I have been the same same weight or there abouts since 1/22. It's gonna be a huge challenge because my birthday is this friday. And I have off the majority of the week. So hoping I don't go nuts.
