I agree with her suggestion. I use the Marshmallow ones with the soft foam ear buds. you squeeze them, put them in your ears and they expand back to fit snugly. They are super comfortable. My only complaint is that if I get too sweaty they tend to slip out of my ears.

I am starting tomorrow. I started it once before but the person I was running with talked me out of keeping up with it. :frown: Hopefully I will be able to keep up with it this time around! :ohwell:

I'm in. Although, I think that if you stick to the calories MFP allots your per day, including the calories you earn from exercising< you will still be able to lose weight. It sounds like you only want to net 500 calories per day which will only hurt your body in the long run. :frown:

It all depends on your feet. Are they wide or narrow? Do you have high arches? If you have high arches you need extra cushion for more support. If you have low arches you do not. What is comfortable for one person may or may not be comfortable to you. I recommend going to a store that specializes in Athletic shoes and…

That is strange. But usually when you crave something out of the ordinary it is just your body's way of letting you know that you need something more in your diet. I think people are giving you really good suggestions when it comes to adding good fat to your diet! I am sure once you do that you won't crave butter anymore!…

I did L1D1 a month or so ago and I was sore for a few days afterward. Started out with 4lb weights. (Wanted to start with 5lb but they only had 4lb at the store, and boy am I glad they didn't have 5lb!) I immediately gave up because I was so sore the next day. But I am going to give it another shot today!
