  • It is definately easier to get up when you need to ,like, for work. I go in at 6:30am so 4:45 isn't that bad...but come the weekend. UGH...no way...I try to do them later or just walk instead.
  • It is hard to get up. I started 3 weeks ago, getting up at 4:45 to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It is only 20 minutes but its tough. I keep telling my self...only 20 min, only 20 min.
