I'm down with losing 20 lbs by labor day :) I've recently become very active (for me) and have changed my eating habits drastically but to an eating style that I can live with for the rest of my life. I'm so excited to have some challenges and goals to work towards!

Can I just say...look at the difference from how hard it was to take a picture of yourself from behind in the first picture...to how effortless you make it look in the second. You look like your burdens have disappeared!

If you like to run to music, there is an app called PodRunner that basically does couch to 5k by running to the beat of the music. It helps me pace myself and not run too fast and get worn out.
