Tough three weeks taking care of my elderly Mom while her primary caregiver, my brother, was on vacation. But, I'm back on track and looking forward to better food and exercise choices no that I'm back at home.

Yes, this is so discouraging when you work so hard and the scale does not go down. For me, this is a good time to think about non-scale successes. Like your daily exercise and feeling stronger.
