I always enjoyed going out to amusement parks, Six Flags, Universal, Disney World, Etc. There is also stuff i want to do that I have never done.. Climb a mountain, go Skydiving, bungee jumping, etc. I want to be able to do all of this without having to wonder am I too fat to do this? or wonder what the maximum weight is…

I used to think like that, that if I cheated on the diet all my work was Undone. But in reality slip ups happen, its how you deal with them that matters. The only way all your work can be "undone" is if you let it get to you and go back to your old way of eating and give up.

-
My gout was fairly under control with Allopurinol, but from what I was reading, when you lose weight even when doing it correctly for a long period of time you will start to lose some muscle and when your body burns any muscle it causes a huge spike in Uris acid. Losing fat also increases uric acid, but not as much as…

I got the forgot recently and love it. While it doesn't track calories burned if you do strength training or what not but it tracks walking, running, etc. and it helps motivate me to try and go further than I did the day before

I don't drink much other than water and unsweetened iced tea anymore, soda just doesn't really interest me anymore and IMO the unsweetened tea tastes so much better. And I know everyone saying that its okay to not eat all the food and what not, but I grew up being taught not to waste any food so that is hard to change.…
