Thanks. And Yea I've tried South Beach, Paleo, Atkins, etc and sure I lose weight but it's hard to stick to that plan for me. Try working in a busy kitchen, not a home kitchen. You will be burning insane calories! Normally on a busy night I am almost dripping in sweat and out of breath.

Yea, I went shopping for food today, have a $150 budget a month for food. I got some stuff that will last for the month, others only a week. I ended up Spending $100. So hopefully will be able to do it.

I "TRY" to only weigh in once a week. However that is not usually how it goes.. Sometimes I will weigh in in the morning and if my weight is up from previous days I end up weighing myself 3-4 times over that day to see if it was an error or if it went down.

Thanks :) I found a big thing was I always wanted to get home to spend time, now with nothing to go home to instead of ~20 minutes at the gym I'm trying to go 60 mins a day (sometimes double days Early AM and Evening)
