I just came in to recommend that you get a HRM that has the chest strap. Makes ALL the difference in terms of your true burn. I have a Polar FT7 and will never again rely on anecdotal info to determine how many calories I burn.

Thought I'd post here too. I'm 5'5" - small frame and hourglass. Want to get between 105-109 to get rid of saddle bags...and stay there. :D

I'm 5'5" small frame with an hourglass figure. To avoid saddle bags, I have to stay in the 105-109 range, so that's my goal.

I did W1D1 today, but I don't like the app I have for my Window Phone 7. It kept starting over. My bluetooth headset doesn't work with my iPod Touch 2nd gen so I need to figure out a Plan B.

I just started it as well, but since I like variety, I won't be doing it every day. I found Level 1 to be harder than 30DS Level 1. Was very pleased to see that I burned 290 calories during that session according to my HRM. I have the Polar FT7, BTW.

I am. I LOVE my Kinect. Had it at launch. My favorite right now is Dance Central 2. The Fitness mode blows EVERYTHING out of the water, including the first DC. You can chose from several modes from a warm up/easy to several cardio modes of about 12-20 minute, then there's a couple of solid cardio works that go from 30-49…
