Me no likey. I'd rather workout harder and drink something tasty.

Naked before food.

Inspiring work!! Wow! Congratulations on your amazing transformation!

I cook them, dice them, and store in those tiny Glad containers in individuali sized portions. The portions that I plan to eat within 2-3 days stay in the refrigerator. The others go in the freezer. They usually thaw by lunch time or sometimes, I knock the chill off in the microwave.

Echo making sure your chest strap is snug and that you have saturated your chest strap. Also, if you're on any meds, that might slow your heart rate and your calorie burn as well.

Mustard. Must be French's.

I workout in the evening after work. I feel better doing so, plus I'm not a morning person.

Awesome! Congrats on your success.

A red Polar FT7...LOVE. IT!!

These look good!

I use my Polar FT7 HRM to capture my Insanity burn. It's the most accurate way.

No. Never had a weight problem. I still don't. I'm just being proactive about my weight and my health.

Great job!! Amazing transformation. You looked great BEFORE you started then you just took it to another level!

I'm 48 and 3/4. Guess you're referencing me. LOL. I am gaining and losing the same few pounds. I'm thinking that my body just doesn't want me to be THAT small again, sadly. Granted, I never worked out; never watched what I ate. Then I stepped on the scale in January and cried hysterically. I KNEW it didn't feel the same…

My calves are fine. But my thighs..ugh!! Even at my smallest, they are large. My boobs will shrink and my tummy will be near concave, but my thighs...thick.

Bananas, zucchini, squash, unless it's butternut and made into a soup.

Sounds yummy! I'll have to try it. I love meatballs.

Welcome and congrats on the jumpstart!!

Glad to see this topic! I'm on Bystolic as well...5MG. For those who are on it, what's your dosage. I did gain a few pounds, but I'm not sure if it was due to taking my eyes off the prize of if it was the medication. I hadn't realized weight gain was a possible side effect until recently.

Not a beer lover, but love wine. Informative thread here for sure.

I've had mine almost two months and LOVE IT! Very easy to set up. Mine doesn't take too long to register my HR. I'm pretty slim so it practically rests on my ribcage. The chest strap washes up nice as well. I do let it air dry though. Love it so much I've recommended to many friends.

I'm not a morning person, but even if I was, if I workout in the AM, the rest of my day is shot. I have no energy. Working out in the PM after work relaxes me. I can shower and sleep like a baby. I think people should listen to their bodies and decide what works best for them. It's as individual as we are.

Spanx are AWESOME!! Love them.

I just bought it over the weekend and didn't have much time to play with it. In 20 minutes, I burned 240 calories. I plan to spend more time with it over the weekend and will report back. I'm a HUGE fan of Dance Central 2 so I'll have to remember to leave it in its case.

I'm 5'5" and at 113 now and aiming for somewhere between 105-109, but definitely under 110. With my shape - thanks to my great-grandma Rebecca - I have saddlebags at any weight over 110. I like thin curves and a tight bum on me. Not everyone has the same body frame and everyone's body holds weight in different places. I'm…

I'm 48 years old and a size 0. I've been 0-2 all my life and I want to stay there knowing that for women in my family, once menopause kicks in, so does obesity. Healthy foods and working out starts now.
