What a good suggestion! Finding the time.... um making the time to workout is always a struggle for me. I have a hard time with 7am so 4am sounds like a foreign country to me.

I am with you - I actually just planned all my meals for the week last night and am feeling really good about the direction I am going. Now if only there weren't so many temptations out there. It takes me about 3 months to get in a routine and one day to knock me out of it. :)
