Anyone know a good way of estimating TDEE?

I soooo miss wine and beer! I would have a glass of wine or bottle of beer each night. But I realized it was adding 100-175 calories a day.

There's a reason there's something called "runner's diarrhea"! Running diverts blood away from the digestive tract (ischemia), and this can have any number of results - diarrhea, nausea, cramping, etc. For me, I get stomach cramps after a long run. I once ran a 1/2 where I ran the first 5 miles, then took a walk break, and then I took a walk break every 2 miles thereafter. It worked out well for me!

I buy jeans from The Limited - they still do flare and bootcut. And they come in a "short" length with a 31" inseam.

Progresso light soups. I had chicken noodle today, and it was 140 for the whole can and tasted good!
