I like to bake a couple Portobello mushrooms stuffed with lowfat cheeses, lowfat Italian dressing, I even make a main dish of it sometimes by adding in lowfat ground beef. mine did the same thing I used to be a perky 34b gained a lot of weight lost it and had 36dd longs, if you find anything that works please let me know, I do pec exercises and can still make the top parts jiggle without moving but the part that hangs where the aereola and stuff are just sags....so sad

how did you lose the sweet tooth crave I lost 53lbs on Atkins and have gained 30 lb back (why I'm here)

toast the bread with some cheese on it in the toater oven or regular oven, or make toast and top it with almond or peanut butter, or grab a bit of lunchmeat and fold it up, anyway hope you get a little something healthy in ya before ya get the craves.
