  • I don't have a HRM either so I use Calisthenics for logging those classes. It seems to be about right. I also have a FitBit, so it adjusts based on my movements as well. The 2 together works great, especially for the cardio classes.
  • Anyone can add me for support (and in return could use a motivational push). I have a user now since January but am new to using other aspects of the site such as the forums and friends.   • I rarely eat red meat simply because I do not like it. I really don't like meat at all. I eat mainly vegetarian meals and some chicken every once in a while.
