Try some better shoes. Shoes with a poor fit or insufficient cushion can cause knee, shin and/or foot pain.

I understand completely! I lost 25 pounds last year and then in November I tore my meniscus. I couldn't do cardio from November to late March and I gained back 10 pounds.
