I work 8-4:30 Mon-Fri and am NOT a morning person. I don't like going to the gym on the weekends or late at night, so I usually do your option 2. Sometimes things come up though, so I am not able to go after work. When that happens, I just try to do something active and fun on the weekend, like go for a hike or a bike ride.

At Disneyland! :) He worked there at the La Brea Bakery and I used to go about once a week. I thought he was just sooo cute the first time I saw him, I came back the next week looking for him. He actually recognized me and didn't charge me for the lunch I ordered. That was five years ago!

I'm 5'3, currently 137 and my goal is 115-120. I started this a week ago at 145lbs! I've been VERY careful with what I'm eating, and I jog, walk, and do Kickboxing videos everyday so far. It seems to be working :)

I was wondering this same thing. I like to get up and go for a run right when I wake up, and I've always wondered if I should eat first. But I can't stand the feeling of working out on a full stomach, so I never do.

Hi! I'm new too. I also find it hard to eat all the calories I'm supposed to! My goal is 1200 a day, plus all the extra that come from exercising. I'm trying really hard to eat healthy low calorie foods, so it feels like I'm always eating and not getting enough calories!
