W2: 247. gain of 1lb :( I was super stressed about classes and work. Not an excuse, I need to start eating better and getting to the gym to relieve stress. Next week will be better. Only two tests and I'm home-free! Spring break here I come!

246. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by May 31st I didn't do well with the February challenge, but I'm determined to eat healthier and exercise at least 3 times a week. I think the group will keep me more accountable. No more gaining for me!

246 today. Didn't reach all my week goals and I definitely didn't workout as much as I wanted, but I'm living through it. This week will be better.

Last week, I didn't really have a chance to exercise, so I didn't set goals. This week, I have a few goals and I plan to stick to them! Today's weight. 247 No loss :/ Considering last week was an experimental week for me, I think maintaining was better than gaining.
