Cooriander, I am so very sorry to hear about your mother, my heart goes out to you and your family. You know I'm in for July if you're do decide to do it. June week one 68 miles, week two 42 miles, week three 44 miles, week four 45 miles.

Make pizza salad. Whenever you buy pizza here in Sweden, you always get this salad, even if you order in. Can be eaten without the pizza=) Shred the cabbage as finely as you can into thin slices, blanch it for 1 min, drain it and squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Put it in a bowl, drizzle over a tiny bit of olive oil,…
