I'm a little annoyed with my self, I've done nothing to work on my lack of speed. I just start running, zone out, and all of a sudden I'm…

I gotta say, I'm blown away by the community I see here. People on the internet can be so mean spirited sometimes, but everyone here seem so nice and supportive. I read every post in this tread but I cant find the time to be more active and respond. Anyways, my stats are as follows. 1/9: 9.9 2-9/9: unwell 10/9: 9 11/9: 9.3…

Yes, the author calls them anecdotal, but they also see fit to mention them in the article in question, and at least one other author mentions it in an other article on the subject on the same site. My point is, it's been known to happen. But of course there are many thing that can effect your period. Stress, for example,…

If you're worried, talk to your doctor. Missed periods are a known side effect of IF. Here's an article about IF for women: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/intermittent-fasting-for-women#bottom-line

I wanna join! I'm aiming for 160 km/100 miles this month. I've only done 18.8 km so far due to a cold, but i'm sure I can catch up. My main focus for now is to gain some speed. I can run relatively fast on asphalt but then my knees get angry with me. My knees stay happy when I run on a soft forest trail but then I'm so…

I decided to give IF a try just last week, and so far I've found that having my dinner later in the evening makes it easier to limits my late night snacking. I usually start eating after 1 pm and try to have my last snack by 9 or 10. I'm always happy to accept new friends!

I'm in for 80 miles. I know we're half way into the month already, but better late than never, right?
-
I'm signing up for 50 miles.
-
I'm in for another 200:happy:
-
I'm in, as always:smile:
-
I upped my goal by 60 miles, seeing how I surpassed the old one. The "% of the month left" is a really clever addition!
-
I put down 125 miles, but since I'll be running outdoors again for the first time in six months that number might change down the line. Happy running everyone!
-
I'm doing 120 this month. Good luck everybody!
-
I broke my toe this past Sunday and I haven't been able to run since, but I'm hoping once the pain disappears completely I can still meet my goal.
-
I'm in for 110 this time.
-
I'm in for 125 again!
-
2 miles short due to a stupid cold:mad:
-
I'm in for 125!
-
I'm in for 115, 16 done so far:smile:
-
I'm in for 140:happy:

I upped my goal from 150 to 200 miles. The weather has been much nicer then expected when the original goal was set, hopefully it'll stay nice the rest of the month. Btw, I really like the new system!
