Friday 7.2 miles, Saturday 6.9 and Sunday 6.3. I have upped my goal to 200 to stay motivated.

Monday 5 miles, Tuesday and Wednesday 7.9 each, and Thursday another 5. For som reason I was convinced that May would end this Sunday and I've been busting my donkey to make sure that I would reach my goal by then. Now I'm thinking I might up my goal to 200.

Wow, some of you have really low GW... A few years ago I met with a nutritionist who said my ideal weight is somewhere between 68.5kg(150.7lbs) and 72.5kg(159.5lbs). He based this on my height, 165cm(5"5), and the wight of my wrists and knees. I'm aiming at 70kg, 154lbs, witch is smack in the middle.

So... Yesterday I ran 8.6 miles, or so I believed, and today I ran 8.8 miles. Except, it was the exact same path. This made me somewhat curious so I decided to measure the path on a map. It was neither 8.6 nor 8.8 miles, it was in fact 7.02. It seems my perfectly calibrated pedometer is not so perfectly calibrated after…
