  • I am on day 7 of P90X and have a goal of 1200 cal every day. I also do cardio jogging, running up steps and a hill. My weight is 146 lbs and I want to drop down to 135. My weight hasnt changed at all and my problem area is my tummy which hasnt changed at all either :(
