  • Get some kick butt music and a heart rate monitor and hit the gym! You will start to feel so good that it becomes easy. Since I started losing weight last April I have inspired 3 people to start exercising and eating better. :bigsmile: They call me the food police at work! Course, I am a little older than you :wink:
  • I so agree with the fact that you need to eat to lose. I feed myself at least five times a day with good quality food. I had lost 36 pounds since last April and was stuck. I started eating better food more frequently and lost 3 pounds last week!
  • I used to think I worked out hard until I got a heart rate monitor! Now I know when I have to push it! I burn on average 10 calories a minute. I highly suggest that everyone uses a heart rate monitor :bigsmile:

  • I will have to go with (firm curves) here! I have lost 39 lbs since last April and i have gone from a size 18 to a 12-14 at 175.7 lbs! My goal is another 20 pounds but if I get into a size 10 I will switch to maintainance! I am 5' 6" and an exercise fanatic. I want to be strong and healthy!
