I've actually still manged to lose weight while drinking (merlot) red wine. I do have to agree that alcholo increases you inhibitions and will cause you to binge eat so the trick not to snack if you can help it.

I agree with all of the posts here. The problem is not when you eat but what you eat. It is real easy to snack you way to eating more calories than you burn. If you are hungry last at night eat a piece of fruit instead of a bag of chips. :wink:

You have to gradually adjust your body this. I have been watching my carbs, fats and protein intake for over 4 weeks so my body don't feel the changes.

If you reduce you calories by 500 per day that's 3,500 calories a week that should be fine.

Lay on your stomach and lift you chest, arms and legs off the ground as high in the air as possible until I looks like you are flying in the air like superman. LOL! Try it.

The 1 fillet of salmon contains about 13-16 grams of fat not 160 grams. Double you fat content. :smile:

My form of snacks is not mixed nuts instead of potato chips and low fat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream. :smile:

You have to push yourself. In the past I didn't like pullups because they seemed hard now I do pullups all the time. I do over 600 pullups a week now. :smile:

Not saying avoid carbs or reduce carbs long term. You can carb load over your workout. :smile:

Fruit is okay and is low in calories. The rule of thumb of losing fat is to burn more calories than you take in. I eat fruit everyday.

Yes! I love the kettle bells. I have been doing Tabata for a week now and I am starting to lose more inches. I think the same way. I would include it with my normal routine to aide in the muscle confusion. It's not how many calories you burn in 4 minutes the the after burn during the day. All three are good and you can do both to keep your workout interesting. Extreme and Insanity would be good for toning and P90X Classic got for building muscle since it includes resistance training.

The boneless skinless chicken breast is dry so you have to season it and marinate good. If you don't know how to prepare then get the boneless skinless chicken with the rib meat, that has more natural flavor.
