Lot of women think that by lifting weights they can gain muscle like a female bodybuilder which is simply not true. First, most women bodybuiilders use performance enhancers, steroids and take testostorone enhnacers. If you want to lose bodyfat, you need to tone your muscle. The more muscle you have the less fat your body…

Find out your BMR from your current weight and age and along with your normal routine consume about 500 calories below your BMR each day. 1200-1500 is not a baseline that fits everyone we all differ depending on where we are physically. I lost about 37 lbs doing it this way.

I know people with type 2 diabetes who are advised by their doctors to eat "free food" or complex carb…

You handled it well and a lot better than most people. I think people in my area are more careful because people are unpredictable. You could have been a real nut job, how would she have known. People get shot in the face behind stuff like this. That was careless and reckless of her and she got lucky.

It depends on too many factors (i.e, person fitness level, intensity, age, weight etc) to determine that answer. I recommend investing in a HRM.

This is truly amazing!

Probably not if you are Type 2 Diabetic. The research suggests that densed potatoes, not french fries, are more filling then most foods so you don't eat as much during the day.

That just means that older people naturally have more bodyfat than younger people.

Stick with the fish. Get it broiled or blackened. Skip the chedder bay biscuits and order a side salad and steamed veggies.

With the gym equipment you enter you age and weight and the computer will provide an estimate of how much you burned it has not way of measuring intensity. However, the HRM will measure intensity and give you a more accurate number.
