I'm in! I was planning on doing this anyway this month, so motivation is great. I'm on UK time though and it's 1.25pm here on the 1st. I'm going to do it every evening for the month, but Wednesday are my rest days and weigh days so i'll update weekly too. I'm going to take a photo tonight and i'll take one at the end. I'm…

I stick to around 1200 - 1400 cals a day but find i'm always eating. If you can try and eat low calorie low fat foods you can nibble all day. I constantly feel full. Low fat cereals, yoghurts, fruits, are all great ways of filling up without many calories. And of course lots of veg with dinners to pad it out. Good luck…

Depends if you are English or American...English with "U" American without....no idea why!

I'm 5'3 and started at 216lb. Only a week into my journey but I aim to be around 140lb to start with and see how I feel. I look forward to being able to post that picture here when it arrives!

Exactly this. I'm 5'3 and my goal is 140, I will never be a thin person so i'm happy to be healthy and curvy at 140 and see how I feel, if I ever get down there!

I'm afraid I do not have a solution, but I am in a similar boat. My other half is a food fiend and it's hard to stay focused when he wants to eat all the time. It drives me insane at times since I have awful will power anyway. You have done a great job so far by loosing the weight you already have, so you are obviously…

I'm all for children being healthy but not by installing in them at a young age that they need to work out and be thin...that can lead to serious issues when they get older Buying them a bike and encouraging them to play outside with friends is what I would do or actually taking them to a park to play. This seems like lazy…

I'd be interested to hear responses too as I often go over the protein. I love chicken and that often takes me over. I try and keep my calories and fat about right as they seem the most important to weight loss.

That is indeed outragious. You can understand the logic. But surely the chairs breaking is an overhead cost and should be accounted for across the board and intergrated into all prices...but also, if the chairs have a weight limited, then why let overweight people use them at all? Shouldn't they explain that the chairs…

I personally would only eat back my exercise calories if not eating them would leave me under my 1200 a day....say I eat 1000 then work off 300 i'd eat up to 500 if I could after (which includes 300 exercise) to make sure my body gets the orginal 1200....or it starts the starvation mode risk.

Do you know if the resturant has a webiste? Most places these days have a nutritional part online so you can see calories etc of all dishes and choose before you go. :) That way you wont be tempted with all your friends around to encourage you to eat something not as healthy.
