During the month of February (my 1st month) I lost 3 lbs and 4 & 7/8 inches. In March I would like to double that!

Ladies, you are looking at it all wrong! I am happy if I weigh the same...it means I didn't gain! It takes a while for your body to catch on when you are doing it right. It is the quick losses that don't last.

When I am low on my calorie intake I look to see where I am falling short...protein?, carbs?, Fat?...etc.

I use ankle wts with no problems but I also use very little wt. Start small til you know if it will bother you or not. :wink:

Today I did 26 minutes with my 3 lb hula hoop & 39 minutes walking. That puts me 15 minutes over my daily goal so now I can "bank" the 15 min for a day…
