Same thing happened to me but my Administration just took the money back out without the employees having to do anything. About 50 of us. It shouldn't be an issue. Stay on your toes. This guy sounds like he sucks the big one.

I have been running for a little over a month now, as well as watching what I eat pretty closely. I have lost 20 lbs. I find it to be super easy. I love to run too. I am running 2 1/2 miles 4 times a week. You should lose a pretty good amount but I would caution you when you lift, to lift small weights & high reps. This…
