I have to be selective in my treats. I can do pizza daily, i just cant order the whole pie and expect it to last an entire week. Same thing when it comes to sweets. Even pre-planning doesn't work. I get in these "i want it" moods and no matter how hard I try, I just have to cave. It's like a drug addiction or something. It's awful. I think I have some rooted issues I need to work on....

I attempted the "whole 30" once. Lasted six days. Sure I dropped weight in those six days - but so would anyone giving up EVERYTHING except lean meats, green vegetables, sweet potatoes and fruits. Oh and me without wine, grains, sugar and the like makes me stabby! Ugh! I feel fine eating things in moderation. Imagine that!

If I can stay focused, not let my health issues derail me, then i'll say 15 lbs. If the fatigue wears on, then 10 lbs.

I have a question about that - what if you calorie cycle? Would you still aim to hit the same protein & fat target or base it on a percentage? Or would you just eat less carbs on a lower day? Sorry if its a silly question, i just never figured how one did macros while calorie cycling.

Ah ok, i get it a little better now. Im just trying to understand IIFYM a little better - theres a right way and a wrong way to do it, right? Or is there no wrong way? I like the fiber idea. I may add that in as well.

Pizza can be healthy, if the right toppings are chosen. No reason why it can't be eaten daily! Now eating daily kit-kats or something, or heck Pumpkin Spice M&Ms (guilty), might be a different story....

Adjusted my macros a bit so protein is closer to my weight...and then ended up having to go over by 77 calories today. I'm learning! Anywho, diary is open (for friends, so please add me if you wish to see!) so go check it out :)

Oh i wish I liked candy corn. The pumpkin spice ones aren't bad. Kind of like a chocolate red hot, just not spicy, if you like that sort of thing.
