Anything "gimmicky" - HcG (and HELLO who the hell doesn't read up on this stuff and follows it - IT CAUSES CANCER. Sure, be skinny with cancer. That's fantastic), slim fast, cabbage soup diets - anything too good to be true probably is.

Hmm...i'm 5'3 and 153 - in a very tight 8, loose 10. You might have more muscle than me. I'm thinking, for me to be in a 4, i'd have to be 120-125.

Any sort of feminine product commercial. I mean, honestly, how cheesy can these things get??? I probably get 96 oz+ on a given day. So water isn't a problem for me. Bad planning I think is. I had no fruit packed today :(

And you know what the beauty of all that is? You don't have to!! Just keep up with a lot of fruits and veggies and yes you can have some (not a ton!) real butter and a glass (not 1/2 carton!) of WHOLE milk!!

If you're not much of a weight lifter, I would recommend start without them or just use cans of soup. Then work your way up. The most you should start with if you're not used to it is 2lbs, then 5 then 8 MAX.

First off, that's a HORRIBLE thing to compare anything to. Bad example dear. Secondly - that whole 'starvation' mode argument can pretty much be summed up as this: Eat with too large of a calorie defict = skinny fat. Eat within no more than 500 cal deficit = lean and muscular. Which do YOU want to be?

Count me in! Went to a friends bbq last night and consumed way more alcohol than I really should. Now that i'm on MFP, i'm more aware about my health - and alcohol is not healthy!!

I'm not saying it's bad - I'd eat them every day if i could. I'm just saying that you shouldn't eat it every day. I wasn't advocating cutting out anything at all - in fact the "clean eating" principle doesn't work for everyone (myself included) because it's TOO limited. A good balance like you said is perfect :)

I used Imapmyrun once - and the same thing - i noticed the distance vs google mapping was way off. It just looks like im zigging all over the place. Hm.
