I love my recumbant bike, too! I am at work, so I can't check the brand, but it has a heart monitor, you can set resistance, calories burned, timer, etc.

I am having my first cheat/spike day tomorrow. I know it will be my best one, lol! Chipotle steak burrito with extra cheese, a whole bag of their yummy chips and salsa, mmmm! That is like 1200 calories right there in one meal, lol!

I feed my chihuahua/terrier mix, Spock, Blue Buffalo. He loves it, but spits out the "health" black pieces, lol! He also gets fresh chicken or beef every morning. Also, do NOT give your dogs Chicken Jerky (Waggin Trails or Milo's Kitchen brands). It has been linked to kidney failure in dogs!

I tried making these in the tupperware lids to make a burger bun and they turned out so dry that they just crumbled up! My burger fell completely apart and ended up just eating the burger patty and cheese, again. Any tips? The recipe said to cook each half for 60 seconds, but would cooking it less time be better?
