  • I'm going to have to try this. Thank you for sharing! For those of you looking for quinoa recipes, this is my husband & I's favorite: http://www.soveryblessed.com/2012/02/quinoa-pizza-bites.html They reheat well, too. We double the recipe so we have left overs. And, it's already in MFP's database!
  • IMO, you are not eating enough calories. Eat more (healthy choices)! Good luck!
  • PEELED! PEELED! Not UNpeeled bananas! The first time I made the fluff I didn't peel the bananas first and it was such a pain. I was trying to emphasize the "peeled" part and screwed that up! Ha! Ha! Sorry! Please PEEL your bananas before you freeze them. TGIF!

  • I'm not actually trying to lose weight, but am just trying to maintain. I've been holding steady for months now and can see muscle definition for the first time since I was a teenager. I LOVE it!
  • Here are a couple of quick ideas: Whole wheat pita stuffed with hummus, lettuce, tomato, peppers, & cucumbers, with celery, carrots, grape tomatoes & light Baby Bell cheese Google "so very blessed"--It's a blog. Her quinoa pizza bites are easy to make, yummy, and reheat well. Her mini quiche were good, too. I cook soup in…
  • Think of it this way from a "nature" perspective: you are telling your body that there is a food shortage by not giving it enough calories. The lack of calories puts your body into panic mode and causes it to want to hold onto the energy it has--which is your fat. If you eat more, healthier choices, of course, you will…
  • I second the steel cut oats. I boil 6 cups of water every Sunday night. Add 1.5 cups of Quaker Oats Steel Cut Oats. Boil for 1 (yes, one) minute. Remove the pan from the heat, but put the lid on and let it sit overnight on the stove top. This makes ~9 servings of steel cut oats that are good for up to a week in the fridge.…
