  • I am so in. I was doing good and lost my way. This will help me get going again. It is the small goals that will help me get to my big goal!! Better shape for Disney in April. I don't want to be tired because I am over weight. I want it to be from all of the fun I am having!! I will post a pic later!

  • Great Job! I am new to this site and I was wondering how you have your goal information on your post. Is that something that the site does or something you did? It is cool to see how much you want to lose and by the date an d then reach that goal. Thanks for your help!

  • I had Gastric By-pass 3 years ago. I started at 330 pounds and I lost 17 pounds in my first week. At my two year mark, I had lost alittle over 150 pounds. I was doing great.
