I do insanity for weight loss/toning- so it changes up quite a bit... we have to weigh in on the 16th for my husbands insurance. and the less we weigh the more money he gets, that's why I wanted a quick fix until I could finish the work out program :)

I weigh myself every morning naked before i take a shower. and then usually after the shower, before i go to work, when i get home, after i use the restroom and see the scale there, and before bed! LMAO! I can't help it, I'm obsessed! lmao!

Hey... we live in Indiana, so I know what you mean about having weird weather! lol My whole family- dad brother grandpa uncles and my husband have motorcycles. And my dad actually stopped by our house yesterday on his! I wish we could have gotten out for awhile, but it didn't happen. :(

If you do squats seach "squat" in the strenght part of the exercise tab not cardio. I just checked, and there's a few different options for squats! Hope that helped! :)

Thanks! I hope so!! I need a better BMI to be able to qualify for more insurance through my husband's work. Hopefully between doing what I'm already doing and getting motivation on here I can get to my goal weight soon! :)
