  • Fiber One Honey Square Cereal 80 calories, lots of fiber 2 Tbl Flax seed lots of Omega 3 Almond milk (vanilla or plain), unsweetened Wow! Tastes great. You can add fruit if you wish. I really love this. It does not bore me because I switch out the fruit. Low cal, very filling. Hang in there. Good luck.
