I have Binge Eating Disorder and I agree with the approach to visualizing the binge/disorder as a person. I call mine ED (eating disorder). Nov 21 2018 Me: 0 ED: 0 DBF: 0 In the spirit of transparency: I'm really struggling right now. But ED isn't the boss of me today! I will overcome him.

My mother has been eating the "Paleo" way for about a year now and she loves it. She noticed the spike in energy right away and has been loosing steady with this lifestyle. She also lifts and she feels this way of eating has helped her in her lifting goals.

Drank only 1/3 of my large hot chocolate. Tomorrow I will NOT have any at all. This is a big deal for me. It's the one things I can't seem to get rid of. I have to have one every morning.

I found this interesting "but if I workout then I obviously need to eat at least half of those calories or my body will start to hoard them". Is that a fact? I've never heard that before. Should I be eating half the cals I burn during workouts?

Hi, I'm from Ottawa too! I hate the cold and don't leave the house unless absolutely necessary during the winter. I do yoga and BodyRock workouts in my living room and if we get a mild night I will take a walk.

I'm hoping for 180 by June (that's 33lbs between now and then). My daughter is graduating and I don't want to be preoccupied by how I look. I hope to have a nice dress and feel confident for her big day! Then I have a wedding in my home town in September and hope to be at least down to 160 by then.
