Days I don't do anything I burn around 2,300 to 2,500 calories and busy and work days I burn 3k or more. Also my bmr is 2k right now. Eating below your bmr isn't healthy so I always eat at least 2k. Even 1,200 is unhealthy for most people. My bmr would be 1,500 alone if I was 150 and I am 5'10. I wish people would stop starving themselves. And just because MFP says so doesn't make it right.

They are basically speed. If you have an unknown heart issue you are going to be in danger. It should be a last resort. Days I feel like asking for them but honestly they scare me. Unless it's a natural supplement that is just meant to speed your metabolism naturally I wouldn't bother.
