  • I drink hardly any water. I only drink it if I'm thirsty, whether that is right or wrong, I just don't seem to need much fluids. I drink more water when I exercise.
  • Weight watchers wine in the UK is available from Asda and Waitrose. You can order it online frrom them but they only deliver to the UK. WW rose is really nice!!
  • I drink one, maybe two coffees per day, always with skimmed milk and no sugar. I don't drink any caffeine in the afternoon or evening. No way will I give up my morning coffee!!
  • I weigh myself everyday, can't help it. But I get soooo frustrated seeing the yoyo effect - it does tend to make me loose focus. So I would advise not to, once a week should be the main aim! I will try and practice what I preach :)
  • I always do log it, but perhaps my "glass" of wine is not a standard measure! I have been diluting it with some diet lemonade to have less in the glass. Although I am usually under the 1200 calories, I feel I am getting enough food, I dont feel hungry throughout the day and am balancing fruit and veg for extra food without…
  • Alcohol for most of the week, I am partial to a few glasses of wine a night, so this has been stopped. I have also given up on sweets!
  • Peanut butter is great, provided it is not sweetened with sugar!! I have it on sticks of celery as a snack, sounds weird, but tastes fab - try it :)
  • This is a relief, I was wondering why I am always way over on my protein, but down on calories. As long as this is a good thing, I am happy! I try to always follow a low carb diet, which ultimately means upping the protein!
