Which one do you use? I looked at them on Amazon and was overwhelmed. I just want calories and heart rate, and something I can wear all day.

I always take a couple Ibuprophen, it just helps.

Yep, I did, she said if its to the point that i have tochange my pjs, to come back in. But otherwise she did all the normal tests and all is good.

I have gotten them on and off for about a year now, Im 38, and my dr. said if they get to the point where you have to change your pajamas to get checked out.
