Yes. I cried a bit today. I was so thoroughly exhausted with the week. Didn't get to bed early enough, school stress, work stress, 5th day of gym in a row. It overcame me. But... I figured crying cause the workout was brutal was better than any other reason. I didn't feel better after but at least it got done.

White balsamic vinegar! I've tried blueberry, lemon and pomegranate. Just add 1-2 tbl and mix in.

Congrats on registering and starting your training for a marathon. I did a lot of research prior to my first race and found that eating 0.6-0.7 grams/kg of carbs per hour is recommended. Can't be bothered to read the previous diatribes, but will say the maximum protein you should be eating is 2g/kg. Your kidneys have a hard time breaking down anything beyond that.

Omega 3 fatty acids like salmon, walnuts and flaxseed are good for inflammation. If it is joint inflammation eat cherries or drink cherry juice.
