  • you have come a long way my friend and doing a great job. i agree trying heavier dumbells with lower reps. i'm working on building my bicepts up too, and having a problem with tricepts. but it will get there. definately not giving up. it will happen.

  • i live in orange park, there is a anytime fitness i have been looking into on college street, if you sign up at one, its my understanding you can go to any of them including jax area anytime day or night. i was told the membership is around $30 a month. its reasonable considering you can go anytime you want to.

  • Even the thought of food in the morning makes me ill, but, i do my work outs in the morning, and following i have a whey protein shake to add protein to my work out. and by then my stomach can handle the shake which tides me over until lunch time.:wink:
