Thanks so much for sharing this. I started 30 day shred a few weeks ago. My weight since then has been bouncing back and forth. I was so depressed to see a gain. It went back down & now I only lost .2 pounds. Thanks so explaining this. I feel much better now.

I have a digital scale & everyday I weigh everything. Unless its in its own container & already portion ready. I try to eyeball things but always doubt check with the scale. Its really helped me out a great deal. Good luck.

I'm having this same problem. My weigh in is also tomorrow & as of yesterday I was up 3 lbs. Ugh! I don't mind if I don't lose anything for a week, but to have a gain has me totally freaked out. So depressing!!

Congrats you look amazing. IMHO, I don't think you need to lose any more weight. I'd say to start maintaining & toning up. Great job girl. You should be proud.

Ditto to all the above. I too am rather new to the site (3weeks). I log in several times a day to log my stuff & to also get motivation from others.

I'm 5' 1 too. I'd also like to see pics of others who have loss alot or at goal in our size & height. I'm not there yet. Actually a very long way from there. I'm just at 250 now.

I weigh myself everyday, just to keep track of where I'm at. But I only log my weigh ins on Sunday morning before doing anything else.
