used fit bit last year, I loved it really motivates you. Warning they are small. I lost mine twice wearing them at work and never found them again. after second I did not replace and i am super bumbed about it.

If your body weight is good for your height I would check body fat %. If you are at a good weight with good BF% your good. If your at good weight with a higher BF% you need to work out.

Thats because it's been replaced with new sweeteners, corn syrup and sugar beets. Not saying any of these are bad, but they are much cheeper than sugar.

I try to do a light macrobiotic style diet. Cut way back on processed foods, cut way back on dairy, only lean free range meat. no farmed fish, do to sanitary conditions. Of coarse it all out the door when eating over other peoples houses.

It depends on the amount of exertion. How fast a pace? 4 miles an hour is very fast, 2 miles an hour is leisurely. You burn many more calories at a faster pace. but walking for three hours is great exercise no matter what the pace.

I agree, I have not found anything backing up dairy products in general.
