i usually loose 1.5 to 4 lbs from my evening weight to my morning weight. I assume it depends on water weight but I'm not sure.

I'm retired from the military, we used calculators for our annual fitness test for many years, and have found them to be very close in most cases. Some body types may lead to inaccurate results.

good luck. I have tried so many times, but last year I decided to set small goals every month. I left out months with big holidays or birthdays. Instead on those months I tried to maintain my weight. Living low carb I can agree with constapation or going the opposite way can be an issue. But there is the other option of adding in whole grains and high bran. In moderation. The biggest part is cutting out the overly processed and junk carbs. Rule of thumb nothing white and no sugars.

I agree, cut out sugar and junk carbs they don't hold down your hunger. High protein and whole grains. whole weat is not whole grain. it has to say whole grain.
