Are u diabetic ? I know my weakness is sweats so i really dont even buy it no more but as far as sugar in fruit .. i dont pay that no attention .. i just try to eat like 5 x's a day and small portions with healthy foods. And if its not all healthy i still try to watch the portion size. Its hard i wont lie about that.

I chew on gum every time i go to the gym .. and i never count them calories
