When I lost my 123 lbs I found I just couldn't get warm....my husband thought I was nuts. I just had a blanket wrapped around me whenever I sat down and felt good about all the weight I had lost. It was worth the hard work if that was the only downfall :)

I got one and love it....I can strap it on my wrist or put in my pocket and forget it about it. It keeps track of my steps, stairs, sleep and updates itself to MyFitnessPal without having to do anything. I would recommend it for sure!

Just started yesterday (second time around) and starting at 315...Take one day at a time!
